Supreme lube is a full-service automotive garage in Pickering. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can multitask and take responsibility for many tasks pertaining to the growth of our business. 

These tasks include:

• Answering all phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Greeting all customers and accurately entering their service requests in the system.
• Preparing invoices and managing the credit and cash sales accurately.
• Parts sourcing and ordering from suppliers.
• Treating all customers with utmost respect
• Resolving customer complaints
• Requesting Google reviews from customers and achieving at least 1 review per day
• Taking pictures and videos of services that are being performed as and when needed
• Managing social media accounts as required.
• Managing and tracking inventory as needed.
• Maintaining a clean working environment.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Previous automotive experience
• Good computer skills with speed and accuracy
• Fluent in English
